Save as Accessible PDF (Word 2003)

  • Select Adobe PDF menu

  • Select Convert to Adobe PDF option

Long Description: The first option in that menu, Convert to Adobe PDF, is circled. That is the option you would select to save the file as an accessible PDF. This way of saving the file as an accessible PDF works with Acrobat 7 and above.
